    General Ordering Information:
    Most models will ship within 2-5 business days from the time payment is received. It is our goal to promptly provide our customer's with shipment / tracking information as soon as any order ships. If you have chosen not to list a phone number with eBay or PayPal, please be sure to provide us with this information at the time your purchase is made. Most shipments will require a contact phone number to be provided to the carrier, solely for delivery purposes.
    Warranty & Return Policy:
    Unless otherwise stated, all equipment sold byPrimeVending is brand new and ships directly fromit's respective manufacturer in new condition. All equipment comes backed by a minimum 1 year factory warranty, as well as unlimited tech support (provided by the manufacturer). Although we back all manufacturer warranties, it should be noted that a warranty is only a manufacturer's guarantee as to the machine's proper functionality, and is not a time period in which a machine can be returned. Warranties do not cover vandalism, misuse, neglect or shipping damages (see below). If you purchased in error, or would like to cancel your order prior to shipment, please contact us immediately. Once shipped, all sales are final and under no circumstances will returns be accepted.
    Warranty & Return Policy: (IMPORTANT)
    Although all shipments are insured, it is the purchaser's responsibility to fully inspect equipment for visible external damages at the time of delivery. Freight damages are the responsibility of the freight carrier, and in fairness to both the buyer and seller, must be handled accordingly. In the event that freight damage is discovered, it MUST be noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery (BEFORE DELIVERY DRIVER LEAVES). If major damage is discovered, including serious structural damage to the equipment's body, please note the damage with the delivery driver and REFUSE the shipment. Coverage for visible external shipping damage can not be guaranteedwhen a shipmentis accepted and signed for free and clear, without following the procedures above. Failure to follow these procedures will limit the ability to hold the carrier responsible for damages that incurred while the machines were in their possession. Additional delivery instructions, specific to the machine being purchased, will be provided at the time of shipment (included in tracking information email).
