Where is PrimeVending located?
PrimeVending is based out of Central Florida. All of the machines and products we carry however, ship directly from their respective manufacturer and from multiple warehouses throughout the USA. Will the machine I purchase from PrimeVending come with a warranty? Yes, all of the machines we carry come standard with a 1 year manufacturer warranty. In addition to the warranty, you will have lifetime access to toll free customer service. Does PrimeVending.com have a showroom? PrimeVending.com is strictly internet based and therefore does not have a showroom. All machines purchased from PrimeVending ship directly from the factory to you. Because we do not have the large overhead costs of maintaining a physical showroom, we are able to offer our customers the absolute lowest prices. How long will it take for my order to ship? Although shipping times can vary, most orders will ship within 2-5 business days from the time your purchase is completed. We will always notify you by email at the time your order ships as well as provide you with carrier and online tracking information for the shipment. Are your machines new or used? Unless otherwise noted, all of the machines we carry are brand new. From time to time we do have remanufactured / used equipment available for sale. |
